A man washing himself in a bathtub with soap suds.

The ad opens with a close-up of a bald man with dark skin in a bathtub, covered in soap suds, washing his head and face. The scene then shifts to show a red parrot perched on a shelf next to a lantern and some sacks. Finally, the ad focuses on two red bottles of Old Spice body wash, one large and one smaller, with bubbles around them. The pacing is quick, transitioning between the man and the products.
