Refund Policy
Last updated: July 17, 2026
Overview
AdSee subscriptions are sold through our merchant of record, Paddle.com, which handles all payments, billing, and refund processing. This policy explains when you are eligible for a refund and how to request one.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with AdSee, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase of any subscription plan (monthly or annual). This applies to your first payment only and no justification is required.
Subscription Renewals
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable. However, if you forgot to cancel and have not made meaningful use of the service since the renewal date, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will issue a refund at our discretion.
To avoid unwanted renewals, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges; you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Plan Changes
When upgrading, the unused portion of your current plan is credited toward the new plan automatically. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle; no partial refunds are issued for downgrades.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of abuse, including repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, bulk data extraction during the refund window, or violations of our Terms of Service.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, or use the receipt link in your Paddle payment confirmation email. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
EU/UK Consumers
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. By starting your subscription and accessing the service immediately, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the statutory withdrawal right may be affected; our 14-day money-back guarantee above applies regardless.
