Underwater shot of legs in a pool.

The video opens with an underwater shot of legs in a pool, then transitions to people doing water aerobics with dumbbells. A man and woman are shown in close-up, interacting. The scene shifts to a close-up of a Head & Shoulders shampoo bottle, then back to the people in the pool, and finally to the shampoo bottle again with text overlays. The pacing is quick, intercutting between the people and the product.
