A muscular man holding stone tablets with "COMMANDMENTS" inscribed on them.

The ad opens with a muscular, long-haired man holding two stone tablets with "COMMANDMENTS" inscribed on them. He dramatically mouths words. The scene then shifts to two men in a supplement store. One man, wearing a denim shirt, gestures and speaks to the other, who looks skeptical. The first man then holds up a tub of protein powder and talks about its ingredients. The muscular man reappears, performing a strenuous workout with resistance bands and weights. The ad concludes with a close-up of the protein powder tub and on-screen text.
