The ad opens in a supplement store with two men. One man, dressed in a suit, is looking at protein powders. The other man, muscular and shirtless with long blonde hair, is standing nearby. The scene shifts to the muscular man holding stone tablets with 'COMMANDMENTS' written on them, then lifting weights with resistance bands. The first man then holds up a tub of protein powder and explains its benefits. The muscular man is shown eating a raw steak, then drinking a protein shake.
