A shirtless, muscular man with long blonde hair dramatically presents stone tablets.

The ad opens in a supplement store with two men. One, dressed in athletic wear, is shirtless and muscular. The other, in a jacket, appears to be a store employee. The muscular man dramatically presents two stone tablets with "COMMANDMENTS" inscribed on them, then proceeds to lift a heavily weighted barbell, seemingly struggling against numerous resistance bands. The scene shifts to the employee holding a tub of protein powder and explaining its benefits. The muscular man is then shown eating a raw steak, followed by the employee mixing protein powder in a shaker bottle. The ad concludes with a close-up of the protein powder tub and text overlay.
