A shirtless, muscular man with long blonde hair dramatically presents stone tablets with "COMMANDMENTS" inscribed on them.

The ad opens with two men in a supplement store. One man, dressed in athletic wear, is shirtless and has long blonde hair. He is talking to another man in a grey jacket. The blonde man then dramatically presents stone tablets with "COMMANDMENTS" inscribed on them, followed by him performing intense resistance band exercises. The other man, wearing a denim jacket, holds up a tub of protein powder and explains its benefits. The ad concludes with a close-up of the protein powder tub and a call to action.
