A large, elaborate tiered display of Tarte cosmetics on a city street.

The ad opens with a shot of a large, tiered display of Tarte cosmetics, decorated with bows and gift bags, on a city sidewalk. People walk by in the background. The display is then shown from different angles as the camera moves. Later scenes show hands wrapping gifts, a person opening a gift box, and close-ups of Tarte holiday gift sets. The setting shifts from an outdoor urban environment to a cozy indoor setting with a Christmas tree and gifts. The pacing is quick, with cuts between different scenes and products.
