The initial scene of moving boxes and the Santander logo.

The video opens with a shot of an apartment with moving boxes and furniture wrapped in plastic. A man enters carrying a large cardboard box, followed by a woman carrying a potted plant. They are shown sitting on a couch, looking happy and relaxed. The ad uses a warm, inviting tone and features a clean, modern aesthetic. The pacing is moderate, with smooth transitions between shots.
