The cute animated character and the bright, friendly logo.

The ad opens with a graphic overlay showing the Fiken logo and the tagline 'Et superenkelt regnskapsprogram' (A super simple accounting program), alongside a cute, animated character giving a thumbs up. The scene then transitions to a man sitting at a desk with a laptop. A large, animated green character, similar to the one in the graphic, appears and interacts with the man. The man looks surprised and then happy. The animated character seems to be helping him. The ad ends with the Fiken logo and tagline again, with a confirmation message 'Skattemeldingen er levert' (Tax return is delivered).
