The animated character and the sudden appearance of the large green character.

The ad opens with a graphic displaying the Fiken logo and tagline, alongside a cute animated character giving a thumbs up. This transitions to a man sitting at a desk, looking confused. A large, animated green character appears, startling him. The man then interacts with a laptop, and a confirmation message appears on screen. The ad concludes by returning to the initial graphic.
