The animated character and the playful interaction between it and the man.

The ad opens with a graphic overlay showing the Fiken logo and the tagline "Et superenkelt regnskapsprogram" (A super simple accounting program), alongside a cute animated character giving a thumbs up. The scene then transitions to a man sitting at a desk, looking at his laptop. A large, animated green character appears, interacting playfully with the man. The man gestures and speaks, and the animated character seems to respond. The ad concludes by showing the Fiken logo and tagline again, with a confirmation message on screen that the tax return has been submitted.
