The ad opens with a young girl holding a pink timer showing '30:00'. It then cuts to a montage of three children with various stains on their clothes: chocolate on a yellow shirt, jam on a blue shirt, and green grass stains on a yellow t-shirt. The scene shifts to a product shot of Vanish Oxi Action powder, followed by a close-up of a hand turning a washing machine dial to a 30-minute cycle. Next, a girl in a lab coat adds Vanish Oxi Action to a beaker of water with a stained yellow shirt, showing the 'Oxi Action Accelerator' working. A split screen shows a comparison of a shirt washed with detergent only versus detergent plus Vanish, demonstrating Vanish's superior stain removal. The ad concludes with the girl from the beginning riding a bicycle and a final product shot with the tagline.
