Foamy toothpaste with red streaks going down a drain.

The ad opens with a close-up of foamy toothpaste with a hint of red going down a drain, suggesting bleeding gums. A woman looks concerned while holding a toothbrush. Red dominoes are shown falling, symbolizing the progression of gum problems. A notepad lists symptoms like bleeding, swollen, and inflamed gums. The Parodontax Active Gum Repair toothpaste box is shown as dominoes fall around it. The dominoes continue to fall, and then the Parodontax toothpaste box is shown again, with dominoes falling off it. A calendar page flips to reveal 'Start repairing gums in one week'. The woman from earlier is now smiling and pointing at the toothpaste box, which is displayed prominently. The final screen shows the Parodontax logo and text stating it's the #1 recommended toothpaste for gum problems.
