The initial scene with the tropical food cart and the "lets" text.

The ad opens with two animated characters, a woman and a man, standing near a tropical food cart. Palm trees are in the background. The text "lets" and the OHRA logo appear. The characters then interact with food items from the cart, leading to a comical, exaggerated fall for the man. He is shown flying through the air, being pulled by the woman with a string. The scene transitions to a medical setting with a doctor and a red cross symbol. The man lands in front of the doctor, and the woman is shown holding the string. The OHRA logo and text about supplementary health insurance appear.
