The visual of three characters struggling comically with a large, falling Christmas tree.

The ad opens with three animated characters struggling to move a large Christmas tree. One character is trying to lift it, another is holding it, and a third is behind it, seemingly pushing. The tree then falls over, and the character behind it tumbles with it. The scene transitions to a different character on a physiotherapy table, with another character assisting.
