A character looking out a window holding a box, with the text 'Tijdens het verhuizen' (During the move).

The ad opens with a stylized animated character looking out a window and holding a box. The scene transitions to a grand piano being lowered by ropes, with the character inside the window reacting. The piano then falls, and a mover character stumbles out of a door with boxes. The text 'HELP' appears. Two characters, a mover and the homeowner, look at the damaged piano. The ad then shows a yellow truck with a piano logo, and finally, the mover and homeowner are shown happily playing the piano together. The overall animation style is simple and colorful.
