The animated characters and tropical setting.

The ad opens with two animated characters, a woman and a man, standing near a tropical food cart with palm trees. The woman holds a purple lollipop, and the man holds a stick. Text appears, and the man starts to move erratically, as if he's having a seizure. He then flies through the air, with the woman holding onto his leg with a string. They fly towards a medical clinic entrance with a red cross symbol. A doctor stands at the entrance. The man is then shown being pulled into the clinic, and the text "OHRA Aanvullende Zorgverzekering" appears, followed by "Met spoedzorg in het buitenland." The final text reads "Ja, dat is OHRA."
