The initial scene with the man and the mini digger, combined with the large text "FEEL GOOD WHEN KENNARDS HIRE HAS YOUR BACK?", immediately sets the context.

The ad opens with a man in a hat and plaid shirt standing in a backyard next to a mini digger. Text appears on screen. The scene then cuts to a wider shot of a Kennards Hire store with people walking around and equipment outside. A white ute is parked in front of the store. The overall pacing is quick, with rapid cuts between scenes.
