The initial abstract visual of glowing spheres and the formation of a pearl necklace.

The ad opens with abstract, glowing spheres resembling pearls, which then form a necklace. The scene transitions to a woman in a lab coat holding a tube of Elmex toothpaste. She then demonstrates the toothpaste's effectiveness by dipping an egg into a liquid, which appears to represent staining, and then into another liquid, showing the stain being removed. The final scene shows a broken eggshell reforming into a whole egg, symbolizing enamel strengthening. The pacing is smooth and scientific.
