The initial close-up of glowing, pearl-like spheres.

The ad opens with close-ups of luminous, pearl-like spheres, some appearing slightly aged or imperfect. The Elmex logo appears. The pacing is slow and deliberate, focusing on the visual metaphor of pearls and teeth.
