The initial text "La sensibilité n'a pas sa place dans un mode de vie sain !" (Sensitivity has no place in a healthy lifestyle!) followed by a woman drinking tea.

The ad opens with a woman drinking tea, with text overlayed. It then transitions to a dentist in a lab coat, who points to a button. The screen then shows a close-up of Elmex toothpaste packaging, followed by an animated depiction of the toothpaste working on teeth, and finally a shot of the Elmex Sensitive Professional product line including toothpaste, toothbrush, and mouthwash. The ad ends with a close-up of a smiling woman.
