Aerial shot of a farm at sunrise.

The video opens with an aerial shot of a rural farm at sunrise. It then transitions to a close-up of a Duke Energy worker tipping his hard hat. The next scene shows a utility truck with a bucket lift working on power lines at sunset. This is followed by a shot of a worker in the bucket lift, and then a graphic displaying 'OUTAGE DETECTED'. A woman checks her phone, which shows 'Power is back ON in your area'. Another woman searches with a flashlight in a dimly lit room. Two workers examine a tablet displaying a thermal image. The final scenes show a city skyline with bridges and a Duke Energy truck, followed by the Duke Energy logo and tagline.
