The text "Doing the electrolyte trend with my sister" appears over a shot of a coffee shop.

The video opens with a shot of the exterior of a coffee shop called Olympia Coffee. It then transitions to a close-up of a woman opening the shop's doors. Inside, a woman is shown talking about a 'salted brown sugar syrup' and then a second woman is shown looking at a matcha drink and a coffee drink. The first woman is holding a small bottle of 'Buoy Hydration Drops' and explains that she adds it to all her drinks because it has 87 trace minerals from the ocean and keeps her hydrated. The second woman asks if she can have some, and the first woman adds the drops to her drink. The video ends with both women drinking their beverages and smiling.
