The bright "arc" logo and the animated bluebird with a top hat.

The ad opens with a shot of the Arc Thrift Stores sign and a large banner advertising a New Year's Day sale. A cartoon bluebird wearing a top hat and a "New Year" sash is featured prominently, along with balloons and confetti. The scene transitions to a closer view of a coupon and the banner, with the bluebird holding a flag that says "2026". The background depicts a snowy landscape with pine trees.
