The vibrant Halloween decorations and costumed characters like Elvis and the Queen of Hearts.

The ad opens in a brightly lit store decorated for Halloween, with pumpkins, bats, and spiderwebs. A character dressed as Elvis and another as the Queen of Hearts are shown. A blue bird character in a pirate hat is also present. The scene transitions to show racks of clothing, with a superhero character on roller skates appearing. The store is identified as 'Halloween Headquarters'. The visuals then blur and refocus on more clothing racks, with a skeleton character appearing. The final scene shows the store's interior with the bird character and the text 'MORE SELECTION MORE SAVINGS' and 'LARGEST HALLOWEEN SELECTION!'.
