The bright animation and prominent 'arc THRIFT STORES' sign.

The ad features a bright, cartoonish animation with a blue bird character flying and a sun shining. A large red sign for 'arc THRIFT STORES' is prominent. Below it, a neon arrow points down with the text 'MORE SAVINGS'. A banner across the bottom advertises a Labor Day sale with a coupon for $10 off a $30 purchase. The coupon itself is shown, detailing the offer and validity date. The scene is set against a blue sky with clouds and a green grassy landscape.
