A man drinking a protein shake with the text "Nyhet! YT® Proteindrikk" appearing on screen.

The ad features several clips of a male soccer player in different scenarios. Initially, he is drinking a protein shake. Then, he is shown dribbling a soccer ball on a field, followed by a shot of a goalkeeper. The player is then shown looking stressed, and later, another player is seen dribbling. The final scene shows the first player drinking the shake again. The editing is fast-paced, intercutting between different actions and players. Two bottles of the protein drink are prominently displayed on the right side of the screen throughout the ad.
