A man in a soccer jersey drinking a protein shake.

The ad opens with a man in a Norwegian soccer jersey drinking from a YT Protein Drink bottle. The scene transitions to show two different men, also in soccer jerseys, one drinking and the other looking at the camera. The background is a blurred soccer stadium. Two bottles of YT Protein Drink are prominently displayed on the right side of the screen. The pacing is quick, with rapid cuts between the men.
