A couple sitting on a couch looking concerned.

The video opens with a shot of a house exterior, then cuts to a couple, Daniel and Alicia, sitting on a couch in their living room. They discuss issues with their home's temperature and strange noises. Daniel is shown in a shower with cold water, and the couple is seen peeking through blinds. A contractor, Alex West, is introduced and shown working on an outdoor AC unit and a water heater in a basement. The couple then expresses satisfaction with their new, fully electric HVAC and water heating system. The video ends with a black screen displaying a logo and website.
