A couple discussing their house potentially being haunted.

The ad opens with a shot of a house, then cuts to a couple, Daniel and Alicia, sitting on a couch. They discuss issues with their home's temperature, specifically the shower randomly getting cold. Daniel is then shown in the shower, reacting to the cold water. Alicia is shown looking concerned through blinds. They then discuss hearing things and thinking they have a ghost. A contractor, Alex West, is shown working on the house's HVAC system and water heater. The couple is then shown again, smiling and holding hands, indicating the problem has been resolved. The ad ends with a black screen and a logo.
