The initial close-up of the woman's concerned expression and the prominent text overlay of the train route.

The video opens with a close-up of a woman wearing glasses, looking concerned. Text overlay indicates a train journey from Gothenburg to Stockholm. The scene then shifts to a train attendant, who smiles and approaches the woman. The attendant hands the woman a box, and the woman smiles back. The SJ logo and slogan are visible throughout.
