The initial text "Bakom varje resa finns ett team som bryr sig." (Behind every journey is a team that cares.) is presented prominently on screen.

The video opens with a close-up of a woman in an orange safety vest and glasses, speaking to someone off-camera. Text appears on screen. The scene then shifts to two men, also in orange vests, smiling at the camera. More text appears. Next, a person walks into a train carriage, with text on screen. The final scenes show two men interacting inside a train, with text overlayed. The video ends with the SJ logo on a green background.
