A man is about to tattoo the word 'Rula' onto a woman's arm, but first shows her a 'Mental Health Insurance Plan' document.

The ad opens in a tattoo parlor setting. A man with a beard and glasses, wearing black gloves, sits next to a woman in a chair. He holds up a piece of paper that reads 'Mental Health Insurance Plan'. The woman looks surprised and falls back in her chair. The man then shows her a smartphone displaying the Rula app, which states 'We accept your insurance' and shows a price of $15. The scene then transitions to a close-up of the man tattooing the word 'Rula' onto the woman's arm. The Rula logo and tagline appear on screen.
