The ad opens with a shot of Robbie Williams standing outside a house, looking at the camera. A woman's hand reaches out to him. The scene transitions to a black and white animated cat, then to a black and white animated Robbie Williams with sparkles around his head. He is then shown on a shelf, talking into a microphone, with a cat nearby. The cat walks along the shelf, then Robbie is shown again, holding a picture frame with the cat and himself in it. The scene changes to a kitchen counter with Felix cat food products. Robbie is shown again, this time in a shirt with the Felix logo. A person is shown relaxing on a couch, with a cat jumping on a tablet. The cat is then shown looking at a plate of cat food, with the food reflected in its eyes. Finally, Robbie and the cat are shown together on a checkered floor, looking up at the camera.
