The large, colorful poster for 'Bilar' candy.

The ad opens with a close-up of a poster for 'Bilar' candy. A cartoon man with a mustache and a teal shirt appears, holding a large pink gummy candy. He stretches and manipulates the candy, then places it on the ground, where it expands to become enormous shoes. He then dances around in the giant gummy shoes. The setting is a street with a building labeled 'BIOGRAF' in the background.
