The man asks if regular Australian dog food can legally include meat from dead, dying, diseased, or down animals.

A man with curly hair, wrapped in a green blanket, holds a small black poodle. He is speaking and gesturing with a cigarette. The scene transitions to him sitting at a table with the dog, holding a spoon. The dog is then shown in its bed with a bone toy. The man continues to speak while preparing dog food, pouring it into a bowl. The dog eats from a bowl. The man then tastes the dog food himself.
