An artist painting a vibrant, abstract mural.

An older man with glasses is painting a large, abstract, geometric mural in a bright, airy studio. He is sitting on a stool and using a brush. He then looks at a tablet device, which displays a digital version of his painting. The camera zooms in on the tablet and then pans to show text overlaying a background of abstract digital cubes. The ad ends with the government ministry logo and website.
