A man dramatically jumps off a cliff into a beautiful lagoon.

The ad opens with a man jumping into a clear blue lagoon, followed by a couple swimming underwater. Then, two children run into the ocean waves, a couple shares food outdoors, and people ice skate at night. The scene shifts to a mother and child sledding down a snowy hill, two hikers high-fiving at sunset, and two elderly women dancing. The final scenes show a hand closing a window shade on an airplane, and the exterior of a KLM airplane flying over clouds at sunset.
