The unusual scene of a doctor preparing to operate with a strange instrument on a patient's leg.
The ad opens in a dimly lit, old-fashioned medical room. A nurse in uniform is tending to a patient lying on a table, while a doctor with a mustache examines the patient's leg with a surgical instrument. The scene transitions to a close-up of the patient's distressed face, then back to the doctor. Another nurse is seen using a futuristic device on the patient's knee, and a tablet displays a 3D scan of a knee joint. The doctor speaks, and then a person in a full white mummy-like costume drinks from a cup. The scene widens to show the room with multiple medical personnel and the costumed figure. The final shots show the Invesco QQQ logo and text overlays.
