A doctor picking up a surgical saw and a patient's pained reaction.

The ad opens in a dimly lit room resembling a historical medical setting. A nurse is tending to a patient's leg on a table, while a doctor with a mustache looks on. The doctor then picks up a surgical saw, and the patient reacts in pain. The nurse uses a futuristic-looking device to scan the patient's knee, displaying a 3D image on a tablet. The doctor expresses concern, but the nurse reassures him. The scene shifts to a wider shot of the room, showing other figures, including one in a full white suit. The ad transitions to a graphic overlay with the Invesco logo and text.
