A smartphone displaying a WhatsApp chat about tree pruning.

The video opens with a close-up of a smartphone displaying a WhatsApp chat. The chat is with 'Guardião da Vida CPFL' and asks 'Que cuidados preciso ter ao podar árvores?' (What precautions do I need to take when pruning trees?). The screen then transitions to a colorful, abstract visual of light streaks forming a tunnel, followed by a man in a blue and red jacket with a 'Guardião da Vida' patch. He is speaking directly to the camera, gesturing with his hands. The abstract light tunnel visual reappears briefly before returning to the smartphone screen showing the chat conversation. The final screen displays contact information and logos.
