The initial graphic overlay showing "0€ ANMELDEGEBÜHR" (0€ sign-up fee) is attention-grabbing.

The video opens with a man working out on a chest press machine in a gym. A graphic overlay appears with a special offer. The scene then shifts to a woman intensely cycling in a dimly lit studio with neon lights. The text "DEIN ERSTER GRUND ANZUFANGEN" appears. Next, a young man is shown smiling while holding dumbbells, with a trainer behind him. Finally, two people high-five in a gym setting, with other people exercising in the background. The video ends with the FITX logo and legal text.
