The 'Faces of Death' VHS tape with a skull graphic.

The video opens with a hand inserting a VHS tape into a player. The tape case, labeled 'Faces of Death' with a skull graphic, is then shown. A young woman with wide eyes watches intently. The screen cuts to disturbing imagery, including a close-up of a face and a man with tape over his mouth and eyes, drooling. Text appears on screen: 'EXPERIENCE', 'A NEW CYCLE', 'OF DEATH'. A scene depicts a bound man with red tape, surrounded by figures holding guns, with muzzle flashes. A person wearing a blank white mask with red eyes is shown. The title 'FACES OF DEATH' appears again, followed by credits and logos.
