The initial scene with the "Collagen Bank" branding and the two individuals at the desk creates intrigue.

The ad opens with a woman and a man sitting at a desk in what appears to be a bank lobby. The woman is holding a Neutrogena product. The man is wearing a lab coat. Text overlays identify them as a collagen banker and a dermatologist. The scene then transitions to a close-up of the woman speaking directly to the camera, holding the product. Finally, the ad shows a close-up of the Neutrogena Collagen Bank Moisturizer product with text overlays about its benefits and a promotion.
