The text "¡Hola!" appears on screen with a man looking bored in a hospital bed.

The ad opens with a man in a hospital bed playing a video game on a red Nintendo Switch. He looks bored. Another man enters the room holding a large bucket of popcorn and a red cup. He smiles and points at the man in bed, then sits down next to him, putting an arm around him and offering him popcorn. They watch the game together. The ad transitions to a blue screen with the Chubb logo and tagline.
