A man tossing a large cardboard box in the air.

The ad opens with a man in a dark uniform and cap tossing a cardboard box in the air in a warehouse-like setting. Text appears on screen: "¡Hola!". Another man joins him, and they interact, appearing to have a difficult moment with the boxes. The camera then focuses on a close-up of a box with handling symbols and the word "FRÁGIL". The two men continue to interact, one placing a hand on the other's shoulder, and they share a smile. The scene transitions to a purple background with the CHUBB logo and text.
