A man with a beard speaks directly to the camera about the struggles of being larger in a world not designed for them.

The ad opens with a man sitting in a chair, speaking directly to the camera. Text appears on screen: "the story of BIG FIG". The scene then shifts to a wider shot of the man in a room with a plant and a lamp. He stands up, looking uncomfortable. The scene changes to a bedroom with a large mattress. A hand presses into the mattress to show its softness. Three people, two men and a woman, are shown sitting on the mattress, smiling. The ad ends with a shot of the mattress and the "BIG FIG" logo.
