The image of Peter Dutton with cooling towers and the headline about a $600 billion nuclear plan.

The video opens with a close-up of a man in a suit and tie, Peter Dutton, with two large cooling towers in the background. A torn paper graphic appears with text about his nuclear plan. The image then inverts to a negative effect, showing the man again. Next, two green signs listing urgent care clinic locations appear, one labeled 'medicare Urgent Care Clinic' and the other 'OPENING SOON'. Scissors appear and cut the signs. The text 'HE CUTS' appears, followed by 'YOU PAY' in a red box. The video ends with an end card stating 'Authorised P. Erickson, ALP, Canberra.'
