The image of a man in a suit with cooling towers and a headline about a $600 billion nuclear plan.

The video opens with a close-up of a man in a suit and tie, with two large cooling towers in the background. A torn paper graphic appears with text. The scene then shifts to a negative image of the man and a map of New South Wales. Finally, two green lists of locations appear, one labeled 'Urgent Care Clinic' and the other 'Opening Soon', with scissors cutting through them. The man is shown again, with text appearing over the map.
